Reservations
By making a reservation, you confirm that you fully understand and unconditionally accept the accommodation, booking, payment, and cancellation policies of Theasis Suites. All bookings are subject to the Terms & Conditions listed below. Please take a moment to read them before booking.
Payments
A reservation is considered valid once 25% of the total booking amount is paid in advance. This deposit must be made within 3 days of your reservation, otherwise the booking will be automatically canceled without notice. The remaining balance is payable in full upon check-in. Payments can be made via bank transfer or in cash.
Check-in / Check-out
- Guests must inform the accommodation in advance about their estimated arrival time.
- A valid ID (passport, ID card, etc.) is required upon check-in.
- Standard check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 11:00
- Early check-in is available free of charge, depending on availability.
- For stays until 18:00, an extra 50% charge of the current room rate applies.
- For stays after 18:00, the full room rate will be charged.
Internet and Parking
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Free public parking is available on-site.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed.
